How do I know your therapists are qualified?

Yes — every massage therapist at Gold Pro is an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). Each one is fully trained, experienced, and licensed in all the massage services we offer.

Are there any rules about appropriate behavior?

Yes. We are a professional, family-run massage studio and have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Any attempt to solicit or imply otherwise will result in an immediate ban.

Can I cancel my appointment online?

Yes — you can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through your confirmation email. Just click the “Cancel/Reschedule” link. You can also call us at 780-570-9653 or email info@goldpromassage.com.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, a 50% fee may apply.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. For most massages, you’ll undress to your comfort level in private before the session begins — you’ll always be properly covered with a sheet or blanket during the massage. If you’re coming in for something like Thai massage, we provide comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for you to change into before your session.

Do I have to take off all my clothes?

Only to your level of comfort. You’ll always be properly covered during the massage, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Some massages, like Thai massage, are done fully clothed.
